The owner chef Mike Hussain has come a long way in the food and beverage business, constantly trading up the luxury scale since Pizza Prince in Downtown Miami in 1996. He started his journey in this industry as a chef in a reputed Indian premium hotel then worked for Gulf Meridian Hotel. Later he joined Oman Flight Kitchen.
Today, twenty years after the arrival in the US, he is the owner chef of three restaurants in South Florida. All of Mike's restaurants, Taste of Bombay, Saffron Jupiter and Saffron West Palm Beach, serve fine Indian cuisine with roots in the Western India's State of Maharashtra. These are where Mike's passion and vision of authentic and traditional Indian cuisine meet people in South Florida.
